ROLLING MILL SERIES POWER

The series POWER contains in only product: Power, Precision and Technology. All the raw materials takes place in numerical control working centres, that ensure the maximum constructive accuracy. The design of these rolling mills has been set up on a very rigid monolithic structure enabling the application of heavy loads.
The cylinders are realized in special steel, which guarantees 64 Hcr of hardness up to the “heart” of the cylinder assuring an exceptional resistance to the usury and the compression. They have a surface roughness of 0,4, which allows to get a perfect product of lamination. Helical bevel gearboxes are supplied with three stages of reduction. All gears are made of steel 18NiCrMo5, previously casehardened, hardened and rectified to improve efficiency and quietness even under load.
