This type of bench has been studied to the drawing either for inside or the outside of tubes of big gauge and of rod with high diameter. Its structure, monobloc in steel, mounted on an electric welded bench, gives to the machine a high stiffness and solidity.
The transmission is made by a reduction gear which is connect to the transmission shaft by means of a flexible coupling and with a reinforced chain having a high work load; moreover, thanks the installation of a right power motor you can have a high drawing power which is about 10.000 Kg. In this case it is possible to have big passages of drawing.
The machine is equipped with a lubricating system wich is suitable at the type of working, with recovery tank and it is equipped with a basin that can be pulled out to facilitate the cleaning.
The carriage has the movable mechanisms that are completely included inside it, to guarantee a bigger security for the operator. The advantage with this kind of carriage that has got the interchangeable pliers, is that it has the possibility to draw tubes from a minimum diameter of mm. 0 to a maximum diameter of mm. 40.
The drawing bench has variable speed that is obtained by means of an electronic inverter and that be regulated with a potentiometer on the control panel. This panel mounted on a swivel arm permits the operated of the controls from different positions, adapting at the needs of the operator. The machine is supplied with all the protections needed to safeguard the safety of the operator. This machine can be supplied with automatic return motion of the carriage.
